Terms & Conditions for Brand Style Pro
By using the services of Brand Style Pro, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging in our services.
1. Agreement
By hiring us or using our services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Brand Style Pro. These terms apply to all design services we provide, including logo design, branding, social media design, and more.
2. Scope of Services
- We provide professional graphic design services, including custom logo design, brand identity packages, social media design, print marketing materials, and more.
- The scope of the project will be defined in a written agreement or contract before starting. The services provided will match the agreement, and any additional work outside the initial scope may incur additional fees.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment: Full payment is required upfront for all services. Payments can be made via PayPal, Stripe, UPI, or Bank Transfer.
- Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of the services, once the work has started, all payments are non-refundable.
4. Delivery Timeline
- We will provide a delivery timeline for each project. Please note that the delivery time is based on your project’s complexity, size, and revisions requested.
- If there is a delay from our end, we will inform you promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., client feedback, third-party services).
5. Revisions
- The number of revisions included in each package is outlined in your service agreement.
- We strive to meet your expectations and will work with you to revise the design until it aligns with your vision.
6. Ownership and Copyright
- Once the project is completed and full payment has been made, you will receive ownership of the final design.
- We retain the right to display your completed project in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Cancellation
- You may cancel a project within 24 hours after the initial deposit has been paid. If work has already commenced, cancellation is not possible.
- Any work completed prior to cancellation will be billed, and the remaining amount will be refunded, subject to the work completed.
8. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing all necessary information and materials to complete the design project. This includes logo files, brand guidelines, content for designs, and more.
- If feedback is not received in a timely manner, we reserve the right to pause the project until feedback is provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Brand Style Pro is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the use of our designs or materials after the project is completed.
- We do not guarantee specific results from our design services but will strive to deliver high-quality work that aligns with your goals.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the country in which Brand Style Pro operates, currently India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
